We often get asked what will the cost be to do surveillance? how long is a piece of string. It really does depend on your budget and the requirements. We cant give an exact amount as each job varies.
For example the subject may go to Brisbane and spend all night there, some clients will ask us to stay on others will call it off. Some clients want us to follow a subject for 12 hours some dont? as you can see we need to get an idea of your individual case and we can then get a better idea of an approximate costing.

Hourly rates per operative range from $60.00 to $80.00 depending on the amount of work carried out.
We are able to charge on a sliding scale depending on the volume of work and we will give you a discount for two (2) or more operatives per assignment, and for jobs exceeding thirty (30) hours in total.
Kilometre charge: .70 cents per kilometre – We are happy to negotiate the rate based on volume past 30 hours surveillance. Generally we allow the first 50 kilometres free for work past 10 hours of continuos work.
Expenses: Things such as cover charges, film, video, meals or anything required in order to carry out the surveillance are charged out at cost. Please understand that we cannot always get a receipt for these items as we need to keep vigilance when following someone and dont have time to be asking for receipts.
Report/Admin – If you require a written report we charge an admin fee of $60.00 per hour. A one (1) hour minimum applies. Reports have to be transcribed from our operatives notes and generally take one between one (1) and Three (3) hours.
Gst: Gst must be applied to all rates
